Shipping Charges


Bover Barcelona (the brand) designs and manufactures products in Europe. All US orders are being shipped by our own employees from our US subsidiary BOVER USA, INC based in Atlanta – GA. We do stock many of our products in US soil with a shipping time from 2 to 5 business days. For Made-to-order products lead time would be 8 to 10 weeks form order confirmation.


Having our own subsidiary allow us to ensure our products are safely shipped making sure they will arrive to destination in perfect conditions.


We charge shipping based on order value. Only shipping within the United States mainland. For shipping and quotes to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico please contact [email protected].





To request a return contact BOVER USA Customer Service via email [email protected] providing a reason for the return. Customer Service will review your case and help you moving forward with the next steps to follow.


Bover only accepts returns of products that are in under stock security program in Atlanta.

Product should be received in perfect conditions with the original packaging, only applies for quantities no greater than five units.

If the product after inspection is disclosed that has been installed no refunds will be processed.

Customer will be responsible for costs associated with shipments of returns.

For made to order product we will not accept returns in any case.

On returns of orders over $5.000 Bover does reserve the right to refund credit for future BOVER USA INC purchases.
